Sustainable training location where new plans germinate well  

PLUK training location: a rural gem between Breda and Tilburg. A national monument with a history of over 300 years. What an aura. What strikes one immediately is that it has been lovingly restored in a respectful manner. Once a fruit estate, it is now a place full of space and privacy for sparring, brainstorming and where new plans germinate. The proud PLUK owners Connie van Marrewijk and Maarten Rodenburg do everything in their power to ensure that you go home at the end of the day with a mental harvest. Because anything you give your attention to, grows! 

PLUK has three different rooms, each with its own atmosphere and possibilities to suit the purpose of the meeting. You can make use of the wide garden, the fruit orchard and the terrace by the swimming pond. There are plenty of opportunities to get some fresh air during your meeting, or to do a form of work in the open air. Take a look in the greenhouse or vegetable garden. Pick fresh herbs. Even holding a meeting with a blade of grass between your toes is one of the options.

The main location is OOGST. The monumental barn of the fruit farm, or the old cold store, where the harvest from the orchard used to be stored. It is a multifunctional space with a reception area downstairs. This is also the place for lunch, drinks or dinner. The upper floor offers space for meetings/training for groups of up to 18 people. 

The BLOESEM garden house has a wood-burning stove and its own kitchen with refrigerator and coffee machine. This is the place to be if you have a group up to 8 persons. When the weather is nice, the glass harmonica sliding doors can be opened completely for an optimal outdoor experience. The terrace under the veranda offers space for lunch or an inspiring conversation. 

KIEM offers two break-out rooms for 4-5 people in the wooden outbuilding in the courtyard. Ideal for letting ideas germinate, sparring together or doing a creative brainstorm. The beautifully finished room and the view of the vegetable garden and fruit orchard put you in the right mood. Upstairs you will find four cool hanging chairs to chill out during an intensive meeting or for a good conversation.

PLUK's favourite colour is GREEN. Not only is the location surrounded by greenery, green choices are also made wherever possible. The solar panels on the Garden House provide for solar energy, and the heat pump heats, cools and ventilates the location using heat from the outside air. Some parking spaces are equipped with charging stations for electric cars. The organic vegetable garden and fruit orchard provide fresh fruit and vegetables, and they also use local produce as much as possible. 

Brainstorming together, training, a meeting in combination with an activity? Everything is possible, both on and off site. A nature workshop, local beer tasting, yoga session, cookery workshop... PLUK's small but lovely team will be happy to think along with you. PLUK does not offer overnight accommodation, but they are happy to help with this too.
