Relaxing in the polder behind the skyline of Mokum

Behind us lies the skyline of Amsterdam. We leave the motorway and drive along the Holendrecht River into the polder to Villa Oldenhoff. What a wonderful place and what a warm welcome. You drive into the yard as if you were visiting the farmer. And that is correct, because until 2005 the Oldenhoff still had the function of a farm. Villa Oldenhoff has six large bed and breakfast rooms with their own kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. In addition, there are two stable suites and a smaller twin. Each of the rooms is a feast for the eyes, has been furnished in a modern and attractive way and is equipped with all modern conveniences. In the separate sleeping area of the b&b rooms, there is a luxury double box spring from Jensen and the bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with a rain shower. Very nice: the floor is heated travertine stone. For breakfast, you go to the communal kitchen, have it served in your room or, weather permitting, in the flowery garden. Make your overnight stay complete with a sauna package and enjoy the outdoor sauna.

Looking for a unique meeting location? Villa Oldenhoff offers two meeting rooms. Meeting room Medium is situated in the basement of the main building, where the B&B is also situated, and is suitable for 12 people. With a larger group? The beautiful room De Stallen is attractively furnished and has plenty of daylight. This special meeting room is suitable for groups of 13 to 60 people and looks out over the meadows. It has an adjoining kitchen where you and your group can combine the useful with the pleasant. Villa Oldenhoff is ideal for two-day or multi-day sessions, during which you can also dine on location.

Fancy a fun activity? Villa Oldenhoff will be happy to arrange it. They have already provided several times a workshop horse coaching, clinic sheep herding or falconry in the meadow and fencing in the horse arena. But also for a private dining or cooking workshop, company drinks or wine tasting they will gladly bring you into contact with the right party.

It is the perfect base for tranquillity and space in the surrounding area, such as the Botshol nature reserve, the Vinkeveense Plassen and the villages of Abcoude and Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. But of course: also Amsterdam is just around the corner. Go into town by bike or hire the Villa's sloop to sail towards Amsterdam on a beautiful day.
